Delight in Brahms' Liebeslieder Waltzes and selections from Lehar's The Merry Widow and Strauss' Die Fledermaus. With guest pianists Gaye Alcott and Bernard Duerksen, our choir and soloists will lead you on a delicious vocal journey through the graceful stylings of 19th century Vienna. Music that moves you!

Choral Tapestry

Come and be spellbound! Laudate Singers weave music from across the centuries and world cultures to create a magical, richly textured tapestry of vocal sounds. Talented composer-in-residence, Bruce Sled, is crafting a new work especially for this evening.

We have invited members of the Vancouver Guild of Fibre Arts to exhibit some of their work at this concert. What a great fit eh? They are selected Vancouver Artists working in fibre. Their exhibit, A Tapestry of Art, encompasses Art to Wear Garments, Scarves, Tapestries, Art Dolls, Bridal Dresses and Kelp Baskets. Very high quality and creative art pieces. www.vgfa.org
